Apex Ape is the fourth collaboration between Brenna Leaver, Julian Alvarez, Devon Leaver, and Sam Hamilton. Their previous projects follow a lonely cowboy creature who wanders the plains of Texas (Shave my Beard,) a robotic farmhand who wants love (Techno Scrap,) and a misunderstood alien from an unknown Galaxy (Galoot.) Apex Ape will feature Julian and Brenna as co-directors of the film, Devon as writer/producer, and Sam as camera operator and editor.
