Chloe Melas is an entertainment correspondent for NBC News across the network’s platforms. Prior to joining NBC News, Melas was a reporter at CNN for nearly 8 years. She got her start in entertainment journalism in 2009 after meeting legendary editor Bonnie Fuller, helping her launch HollywoodLife, an entertainment website under the Penske Media Corporation. In 2023 year, Melas published her late grandfather’s WWII memoir “Luck of the Draw,” which became a New York Times bestseller. Melas holds a degree in broadcast journalism from Auburn University. She currently resides in New York with her husband, two sons, two dogs and two cats.
