  • Neil deGrasse Tyson

    Neil deGrasse Tyson is an astrophysicist, author, and science communicator known for making complex cosmic concepts accessible and entertaining. As the Director of the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History, he has dedicated his career to inspiring curiosity about the universe.

    Tyson has written multiple bestselling books, including Astrophysics for People in a Hurry and Cosmic Queries, and has hosted popular science programs like StarTalk and Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey. His engaging blend of wit and wisdom has made him a leading voice in modern science communication, bridging the gap between academia and pop culture.

  • Chuck Nice

    Chuck Nice is a respected veteran of stand-up comedy with a rich history in entertainment as a writer, actor, producer, and podcaster. He is the co-host of StarTalk with Neil deGrasse Tyson and StarTalk Special Edition (with Neil and Gary O’Reilly). For years, Chuck has been busy making a name for himself across all media, including radio, television, film, and digital platforms. In 2017 Chuck gave a celebrated main stage TED Talk about the unintended (and humorous) consequences of technological advancement to human interaction.

    Chuck’s hosting credits include Brain Games: On the Road (National Geographic/Disney+) as well as How to Buy Like a Mega Millionaire, and Home Strange Home (both on HGTV). His film and television credits include The Week Of with Adam Sandler and Kevin Can Wait with Kevin James. No matter how busy he gets, Chuck still finds time to rock the stand-up stage most weekends in New York City.
