Renowned Sag Harbor floral decorator Lilee Fell will demonstrate how to work with the movement of flowers, and help you create an arrangement that is an expression of yourself and your own style.
Lilee travels to the Netherlands every year to see the newest trends in cut flowers, and has studied with great floral designers from Belgium, France, Germany, and Spain. She is a fourth-generation horticulturalist and a third-generation member of The Garden Club of America. Lilee has created floral décor for The Royal Family and clients throughout the East End and the Caribbean, and is known for being conscious of her environmental footprint. As a floral decorator with a background in the Arts, she brings her eye for all-things-flowers and passion for production to weddings, events, gardens, and beyond.
Vessels and flowers courtesy of Balsam Farms, Perfect Earth Project, Peter Marino, and Lilee Fell will provided, but please bring your own flower clippers.
Art Social is a monthly gathering where attendees enter into a supportive and judgment-free session of art/craftmaking and socializing. Bring your friends and expect to make new ones while tapping into your creative selves. Workshops will be led by experts in their practice, and the projects are designed to be easily and enjoyably accomplished by all skill levels.
Admission includes wine and refreshments courtesy of Red Horse Market!
