Now based in East Hampton after years in Nairobi, Kenya, Heidi Wright Stevens brings an international perspective to her work. Her background includes founding sewing schools and supporting women through social entrepreneurship in Kenya and the Congo, as well as directing a small nonprofit in Bukavu, Congo. Returning to her early love of costume design and art, she now creates bespoke garments using upcycled vintage linens, transforming humble materials into pieces that celebrate sustainability, history, and design.
