3. Description of Tickets and Services
Tickets purchased entitle the holder to attend the specific event listed at the time of purchase. The description of event details, seating (if applicable), date, time, and any special conditions will be provided during purchase and on your ticket.
4. Payment Terms
Ticket purchases are processed instantly at the time of checkout using the payment methods enabled at purchase. You authorize Guild Hall to charge the full ticket price, taxes, and any applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
5. Delivery of Tickets
Tickets may be delivered electronically (e-mail, mobile wallet) or as specified during checkout. You are responsible for giving accurate contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for tickets delivered to an incorrect or invalid email or mobile address.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds or cancellations will be handled according to the policy published at the time of purchase:

*In the event of event cancelations or rescheduled events, you may choose to receive a refund, credit, or exchange. Processing timeframes will be clearly communicated. Account credits expire 24 months after the date of activation.
7. Dispute Resolution
Guild Hall is ultimately responsible for resolving all disputes related to your purchase. If you have an issue, please contact us at the information provided above first. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be governed by the law specified below.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute arising hereunder will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Amendments
We may modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the Website or provided in notification at the time of purchase.
GENERAL VISITOR POLICIES
- Photography and videography for personal, non-commercial use are permitted and encouraged, except where indicated. Flash photography and the use of a tripod are prohibited throughout. No photographs or videotapes may be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission from Guild Hall. Commercial photography is not permitted in Guild Hall’s galleries.
- Drawing and writing in the galleries is encouraged but limited to the use of pencils only. Use of charcoal, pastels, pens, permanent markers, and watercolor or oil paint is prohibited.
- Please do not touch the works of art on display.
- No food or drink is permitted in the galleries. Refreshments purchased from Louise and Howie’s Coffee Bar are permitted in the Hilarie and Mitchell Morgan Theater.
- With the exception of trained service animals, pets are not permitted inside the building.
- Please note that visitors of Guild Hall may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. When entering the premises, you grant Guild Hall permission to use photographs and/or audiovisual recordings in which you appear for archival, documentary, publicity, advertising, or other purposes.
- Baby changing stations are located in both public restrooms.
- Front-worn baby carriers and compact strollers are permitted in the galleries.
- Children must not be left unattended.
