Admission to the museum is always free.

Can I buy tickets anytime over the phone?
During the summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) you can buy tickets by calling our box office at 631-324-4050, 7 days a week 11am-5pm or until 30 minutes after curtain on show nights. Off season, you can buy tickets over the phone during
Museum hours by calling out reception desk at 631-324-0806.
What is a guest rental? Why can’t I buy tickets at Guild Hall?
Community groups and outside promoters rent Guild Hall occasionally to put on their own shows in the John Drew Theater. They sell tickets themselves, usually through their own websites.
Can I be put on a list for an event?
Please regularly check our website. When you see sign up information there, we are ready to help you sign up at Reception.
Can I buy tickets at reception?
In the off season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) you can purchase tickets at the reception desk during normal
Museum hours for any non-summer shows.
Can I pay in cash for my opera tickets?
Yes you can, but at the reception desk you will need exact change.

Where is your parking?
The Guild Hall parking lot is located behind the building off Pondview Lane. You can also park on the Guild Hall side of Pondview Lane (one side only). Visit

Membership
What are the benefits of my membership level?
Though it varies depending on the level of membership, all Guild Hall members are entitled to museum, members-only exhibition openings and events, eligibility to enter the Artist Members Exhibition, discounts on workshops, reduced ticket prices, advanced ticket sale notice, priority wait list for sold out shows, and a Season Program Guide and Members Calendars. How long before I receive my membership card in the mail?
Membership renewals and new memberships are generally processed within a week of receiving payment. If for some reason you have not received your welcome packet or you have any questions about how to use your benefits, you can email our
Membership Associate or visit our
For Members section.
How many children can be on my Dual/Family Membership?
Two children 18 years of age and under may be on a Dual/Family membership.
How many guests may I bring to the Private Members-Only receptions?
When you join or renew your membership, you receive museum reception vouchers. You can use these throughout the year to attend the events with guests. They allow quick access for your guests who are not members. You can also give your name or show your membership card to our staff at the door. All members are welcome, no pass necessary.
