|1/2 cup cooking oil||Cinnamon|
|1 1/2 cups sugar||Allspice|
|2 egg yolks||Nutmeg|
|1 teaspoon vanilla||1/2 cup chopped walnuts|
|2 cups flour||1 cup raisins|
|2 teaspoons baking soda||1 1/2 cups applesauce|
Oil and flour oblong cake or bread pan.
Cream oil and sugar. Add yolks and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda, spices, nuts and raisins. Add mix and applesauce to above and mix thoroughly. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.
